"I have been a customer with Statefarm for over 15 plus years and have never had any issues until just recently when I switched vehicles. I was initially told that my payment would go up an additional 20.00 due to luxury features but needless to say that was not the case. I’ve always been on the drive safe program so I was waiting on my new beacon to come in the mail. I never received it so I called to see if I could get another one sent. The girl I spoke with said she would send another one but informed me I was taken off the drive safe program. She said she could add me back but I would have to pay the additional charge so I did. The second beacon took longer than what she told me to receive. As soon as I received it I linked it to my vehicle and assumed I was good until I received the next bill which was a lot higher than the previous one. I then called to find out why and spoke with Misty who stated I was put back on as a new drive safe customer which did not give me the same discount. I asked if it could be fixed. She told me that it wasn’t up to her that she would put a request in but couldn’t guarantee anything. Needless to say I never heard anything back. I’m sorry but why can’t a mistake of theirs be fixed??? So I’m paying way more than I should be because of their mistake. Not a good way to do business! I will be transferring all of my policies to another insurance as it appears they do not appreciate my business."

"Kymiya has been the only one I have felt really had my back during this process dealing with getting back in my house. Until she got involved, literally nothing had moved forward. She deserves a raise! I'm generally not pleased with how any of my claim has gone, but that's not the local office's fault, or Kymiya's."

"I called State Farm, the Karen Davis office today for a quote on my home & auto insurance. I kind of dread making these types of phone calls because sometimes it’s time consuming & who isn’t busy these days. The dread immediately disappeared when I heard the friendly voice of Destinee Dennis. She was friendly, knowledgeable & answered any questions I asked (without putting me on hold ) in a way I could understand. In the times we’re living in today, customer service can be frustrating & not very helpful, Destinee really impressed me & I even told her, she has a bright future ahead of her. "Absolutely spectacular! Destinee from the Cambridge office was wonderful. I’ve been paying $500 through GEICO for 2 vehicles for 3 years now. 3 years ago I wasn’t able to go with Statefarm. I decided to price shop and I’m glad I did. Not only did Destinee get me a great rate for the auto insurance, she included life insurance for me and my significant other, disability for me, renters AND auto insurance all for $335 a MONTH!!! $510 down to $335 is a huge difference especially with the economy right now. I can’t thank Statefarm, Karen Davis, and Destinee enough. Destinee was very informative and kept great communication throughout the process. I look forward to having a long relationship with Statefarm. Thank you!"
