"I was having issues (not with local office) with my sons accident claim. There was very little communication and not much happening from the claims department. This week I decided to contact Kymiya in Karen Davis' office. I explained the issue. Once she got involved, the claims department jumped and got many of the tasks done in 24 hours that should have happened weeks prior. I have reached out to Kymiya for assistance with smaller tasks many times in the past. She is always responsive and quickly handles anything that I need done. If I have any questions, she has taken the time to call me to explain. She is a great asset to Karen's office!
