"I don't know why I hadn't made the switch sooner! Mrs.Karen Davis location in Cambridge MD is awesome! If your looking for reasonable insurance please RUN to State Farm! A load has been lifted off my shoulders just from that one phone call! Elsy was wonderful! She walked me through everything. She made switching my insurance so easy. "I was having issues (not with local office) with my sons accident claim. There was very little communication and not much happening from the claims department. This week I decided to contact Kymiya in Karen Davis' office. I explained the issue. Once she got involved, the claims department jumped and got many of the tasks done in 24 hours that should have happened weeks prior. I have reached out to Kymiya for assistance with smaller tasks many times in the past. She is always responsive and quickly handles anything that I need done. If I have any questions, she has taken the time to call me to explain. She is a great asset to Karen's office!
