"I was completely devastated by the cost of my auto insurance, the monthly rate prevented me from purchasing other needed policies such as homeowners and final expense. The day I was prepared to sit on the phone to get quotes from companies other than progressive, got my large coffee, note pad and pen my phone rang. It was Kristine from the Karen Davis State Farm office. After her extremely patient and kind customer service I purchased auto, homeowners and final expense insurance for $ 60 a month CHEAPER than I was paying for auto insurance alone. (Almost forgot getting my jewelry covered for $5.00 a month) I'm estactic with my savings and being able to afford all the insurance I needed. The savings along with having the best customer service experience I could ever desire, I highly appreciate and recommend Karen Davis State Farm insurance Co to anyone interested in saving money. "The CSR Agent Elsy was the BEST!! She's knowledgeable, quick to respond to all my concerns and questions regarding my policies and keeping me updated on changes. I must add that she's very polite and respectful, as all the agents at Karen Davis State Farm are....but this one really stands out. I hope she has a long and prosperous career with State Farm. "Today I discovered some inconsistencies in my insurance with STATE FARM. I called and spoke with Kelly at the office. Amazing service even though I had actually canceled one of my policies. Kelly was friendly, engaging, spent time researching my issue even discovering another issue in a policy I had. The issues where not with the local operations and Kelly easily closed them out. This could have gone a different direction given I was no longer a customer on the one policy. Kudos for the customer service."

"This is the second time I needed to call in a month and I have been well taken care of . Kymiya helped me both times and took care of all my questions and concerns and was extremely helpful- I don't think I've ever spoken to someone this polite- helpful and when asking questions not pushy just trying to explain- if I could give Kymiya 10 stars I would . "I have been a customer with Statefarm for over 15 plus years and have never had any issues until just recently when I switched vehicles. I was initially told that my payment would go up an additional 20.00 due to luxury features but needless to say that was not the case. I’ve always been on the drive safe program so I was waiting on my new beacon to come in the mail. I never received it so I called to see if I could get another one sent. The girl I spoke with said she would send another one but informed me I was taken off the drive safe program. She said she could add me back but I would have to pay the additional charge so I did. The second beacon took longer than what she told me to receive. As soon as I received it I linked it to my vehicle and assumed I was good until I received the next bill which was a lot higher than the previous one. I then called to find out why and spoke with Misty who stated I was put back on as a new drive safe customer which did not give me the same discount. I asked if it could be fixed. She told me that it wasn’t up to her that she would put a request in but couldn’t guarantee anything. Needless to say I never heard anything back. I’m sorry but why can’t a mistake of theirs be fixed??? So I’m paying way more than I should be because of their mistake. Not a good way to do business! I will be transferring all of my policies to another insurance as it appears they do not appreciate my business."
